These Terms & Conditions govern the hiring of the short-term rental services managed by ANCORAR HOSPEDAGENS LTDA (CNPJ 65.652.045/0001-96). By making a booking, the client declares that they have read and fully accepted the conditions below.
To validate a booking, the client must send the payment receipt and the following information: full name, CPF, date of birth, ID or passport number, phone, email and the details of any other guests.
To book one of our properties, a confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required. The remaining amount, plus the cleaning fee, will be charged at check-in, before entering the property — or, alternatively, the full amount may be paid at the time of booking. Payments can be made via PIX.
Check-in is from 3pm, with the possibility of late check-in subject to availability. The client must inform their expected arrival time and a contact number; without this information, check-in cannot be carried out. The guest must contact our support department (available 24h) in advance, up to one hour before arriving at the property. After the documentation is confirmed, check-in is completed and the guest may use the accommodation. If the accommodation is ready before the official time, early entry may be authorized; if it is still being prepared, we ask for the guest’s understanding, as the interval between check-out and check-in is reserved for cleaning.
Check-out must take place by noon. Before leaving, we ask the guest to check that taps, air conditioning and lights are switched off and, if there are keys, that they are returned as instructed. After leaving, we ask the guest to notify our support team for verification.
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the booking confirmation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rental amount if the guest decides to leave the property before the contracted period. Date changes are only allowed subject to Ancorar’s confirmation and availability. The rental refund rules are:
If, for any reason beyond our control, the booked property becomes unavailable, we will offer the client the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.
Ancorar may immediately terminate the rental agreement, with no refund of amounts paid by the client, if any of the following occurs: total number of occupants exceeding the maximum set for the property; disturbance of the neighborhood’s peace and/or breach of the building’s rules; hosting parties; use of illicit substances; pets without our permission; or failure to pay the rental amount or security deposit in full.
If the booked property has an internet connection or cable TV, Ancorar assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences arising from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In the event of internet or TV signal problems, there will be no refund of the rental amount.
The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented, as well as for any item belonging to the building, which also applies to other occupants and authorized visitors. The client and all occupants must comply with the building’s regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the building’s management for non-compliance will be the client’s immediate responsibility and may lead to early termination of the rental agreement, with no refund.
Unregistered visitors are not allowed without Ancorar’s prior authorization.
The parties elect the courts of the District of João Pessoa/PB, Brazil, to settle any matters arising from these Terms.
In case of any discrepancy between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
